| FORE TREATMENT TANK |

In fore treatment tank, air-water separator separates air, oil, water and sludges first. Air exhausts through the air hole of air-water separator. As for mixture, centrifugal rotation-down-flow makes heavy sludge fall to the bottom and makes air drops, bubbles, light sludge, oil, and etc. Come up. |

Division dam is horizontally laid a little higher than the water-level so that it can distribute, the mixture evenly and increase the horizontal-capacitive-efficiency of separator. Not removed oil in the oil-water mixture, by EPS pack, rises to the surface through the oil-holes on the top of plates and sludge falls down to the sediment-area through the sludge holes. (standard fore treatment tank plate interval is 16mm or 50mm) |

| OILY WATER SEPARATING TANK |

Oily water separating tank clears off the water-insoluble oil to below the standard value. |

Punch plates fixed in front and rear make oil-water mixture flow into evenly, so they can increase the capacitive-efficiency of the pack. |

EPS pack pilled up horizontally at regular intervals produces the effect of tens thousands of plates and it shortens the oil-rising time by 1000 times. So it makes the oil rise to the surface rapidly and makes sludge fall down. Then if the base specific gravity of oil is 0.9, over 15 size oil drops can be removed 100% and the smaller sized drops can be removed over 90%. (standard interval of Oil Water Separator plates is 8mm. However, for the oil of high-viscosity, the standard interval is 16mm) |

The upper part of oily water separating tank is always clean because the oil raised by the pack is cut off by oil-cutoff dam and the oil flows into the pipe oil skimmer which is adjusted lower than the level of the water by 1mm. |

| FILTER TANK |

In filter tank, the oil (the oil can not rise because it has about the same specific gravity as water, oil with sludge, etc.) which could not be removed in the oily water separating tank is distributed impartially to the divergence pipe equipped in the upper part of filter tank and it can be filtered completely by passing through the oil- absorbent. |

| OIL RE-SEPARATING TANK |

API oily water separating tank is a device to re-separating water from the oil flowing from the pipe oil skimmer and the separated oil which has the thickness over 99% runs into the oil-outlet. |

API cuts down the expenses of waste-oil disposal and enables the oil to be reused. |

| PIPE OIL SKIMMER |

| SLUDGE DRAIN EQUIPMENT |

Sludge drain equipment furnished in the lower part of separating tank takes out the sludge which accumulated at sediment-area. |

Ejector is attached to the end of sludge-outlet. Under the each plate, there are air-blow off pipe which helps blowing-off and drain. The valve furnished behind the ejector being shut down, if the sludge drain valve of separator and compressor air valve are open, the accumulated sludge in separator is blown off completely and adulterated with water. After a while, they ate drained all together. In the same way draw off sludge by opening the sludge drain v/v in other. |
